What You Do

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team in Sydney.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making, reporting, and analysis to support our business transformation and talent development initiatives.

This is a permanent position with a hybrid work set-up, offering flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive, insightful Power BI dashboards and reports to support various teams within the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources for analysis and visualization.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
Create and deliver clear, concise data presentations to key stakeholders.
Stay current with industry best practices and trends in data analysis and visualization.

Who You Are

Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on Power BI.
Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development using Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data ETL processes and SQL.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data findings into business recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A passion for working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
