The Opportunity
This is a very exciting role to join their leading corporate team. As a team, they work collaboratively and very supportive of one another. They are seeking an outstanding and experienced Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Advisory group.


The day-to-day responsibilities in the role include:

  • Monthly billing and accounts reporting/management
  • Document and file management of multiple files
  • Liaising with clients and other parties
  • Attending to efiling processes
  • Organising travel, flights and accommodation
  • Ad hoc administration duties

About You

You will have previous experience up to 3 + years as a Legal Assistant / Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant in a law firm in corporate law.

You will be organised, proactive with good communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
