• Supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure that project goals are met.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports and photographs.
• Communicate regularly with the project manager and client to ensure that project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.

• 5+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools, including scheduling software and project management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
