Reporting to our Senior Contracts Manager the role of Project Administrator will be responsible for;

  • Document preparation and file maintenance
  • Safety data collection and reports general correspondence as required
  • Timely and accurate collection, control and coordination of timesheets
  • Ensure all site based payroll and HR queries are answered in a timely manner
  • Accounting duties, such as receipting and processing orders
  • Managing ad hoc requirements from employees on site

What you're good at:


  • Previous experience in a similar position in the construction or engineering industries
  • Experience with payroll, invoicing, receipting processing orders and monthend accruals
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
