The Role & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and Operation Manager, working among a supportive close knit team environment, the role will predominantly encompass Accounts duties as well as some Plan Management tasks.

Your days will vary and entail:

Following up overdue / outstanding accounts
Relevant reporting duties
Providing support to the finance team where required
Manage NDIS participant budgets, including monitoring funding allocations and processing invoices.
Provide personalised support and guidance to clients, ensuring their plans align with their individual goals and needs.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and compliance with NDIS guidelines using our specialised NDIS software system.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and service providers, addressing queries.
Update participant information on a variety of databases
Prepare service agreements.

Qualifications & experience

Qualifications in relevant fields such as bookkeeping, accounting, business administration, or related disciplines are advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with diverse clients.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial administration and recordkeeping.

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
