Some of your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with relevant project groups and stakeholders to develop and implement operational strategies and best practice methodologies that align with the organisation's objectives and contribute towards the successful delivery of relevant projects.
Team Leadership and Management: Oversee the performance and development of the Cards and Concessions Team Leaders and staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their individual, site, and centre wide objectives. This includes fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement that maximises satisfaction for clients, customers, and staff.
Resource Allocation and Optimisation: Supervise and delegate work activities to Team Leaders and other staff, and allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and budgets effectively to meet operational demands while optimising costs.
Process Improvement and

Performance Monitoring:

Lead business improvement initiatives to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance productivity while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage and report on performance and achievement against Operational and Business Key Performance Indicators (KPIS).

Stakeholder Communication and

Relationship Management:

Liaise with cross[1]functional teams, senior management, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to align objectives, address issues, and ensure the smooth execution of operations.
