Highly reputable and well known organisation based in Parramatta is seeking 3 x Customer Care Consultants to deliver exceptional service to their clients across Australia.

To contribute to your work life balance this role will provide you with a full time permanent salary working with one of the largest organisations in their field as well as 2 working from home days A WEEK

The Position

Take inbound calls from clients and providing them with A grade service and delivery;
Build and maintain strong customer relationships;
Continuously using a pro-active approach to get successful outcomes for your customer;
Assisting with the development of new processes to improve customer and staff experience;
Assisting with general administrative tasks; and

Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.

Experience working in a Customer Service/ Customer Care or Consulting role;
High attention to detail;
Reliant, dynamic, hard-working with a drive to succeed;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills; and
Strong stakeholder management & relationship building skills.
