If so, you might be the person we are looking for to fill our Recruitment Campaign Leader roles within the Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group located in Russell Offices, Canberra.


Recruitment Campaign Leaders within the Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group are responsible for actively supervising and managing occupation and specialist based recruitment campaigns in order to grow the Australian Public Service.


Our Recruitment Campaign Leaders will liaise directly with our capability workforce managers across the country to lead a range of recruitment campaigns.

You will assist in the successful recruitment and onboarding of staff to fill critical roles in vessel acquisition and sustainment, including but not limited to naval architects, engineers, technicians, logisticians and project/program managers to be assigned throughout Australia.


As an APS6 Recruitment Campaign Leader you will be a key member of a small team dedicated to providing exceptional high stands of support and customer service.

As a Recruitment Campaign Leader, you will directly enable the group to achieve their challenging APS workforce needs.


The Recruitment Campaign Leader roles are part of the 'Build the Future' directorate within the Workforce Branch of Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group's Enterprise Headquarters.

The Workforce Branch is responsible for providing workforce planning services and APS recruitment services throughout the group.

The Workforce Branch also supports the continued professional development of its staff and you can expect to enhance your skills through additional formal training.


As a Recruitment Campaign Leader you will be required to demonstrate a range of skills, however the specific competencies below are considered critical to success within the Recruitment Campaign Leader role.
