    • To $90,000 + Super + Take Home Car + Mobile + Parking
    • Next step for your Property Management Career = Team Leader growth
    • Inspections / Assistant & Admin support

    Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a very well-maintained portfolio of 100 residential properties across Melbourne.

    The Role:

    • Work from home 2 days per week
    • Full leasing and administrative support
    • Working Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
    • Salary up to $100,000


    The Candidate:

    • Prior experience managing a residential portfolio
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with PropertyTree & Inspect Real Estate is highly desirable but not required
    • Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • Positive 'can-do' attitude
