    Are you a Property Manager with a "Go-getter" personality?

    Do you want to be rewarded financially for your efforts?

    Our client is a well known Brand based in the Eastern suburbs with great reputation, ongoing training and support with a great culture. This agency believes in rewarding their team's hard work and have created a commissions and bonus structure where you are able to utilise your skills to get ahead

    Your day to day duties include:

    • Managing a portfolio with thorough handover
    • Routine inspections
    • Entry & Exit Condition reports
    • Managing Maintenance
    • Following up on arrears

    Your Perks

    • No weekends
    • WFH 1 day per week to start

    To be successful for this role you must:

    • Min 1 years experience managing a portfolio (at an agency)
    • Hold a current Agents Rep
    • Have a valid Drivers licence and reliable car
    • A passion for real estate and go getter attitude
