As the General Manager of Sales, you will be responsible for leading a large national team of recruiters, team leaders and managers to drive revenue growth, performance and culture.

Key responsibilities:

Use your extensive leadership experience running a $100M+ business, and leading large teams in excess of 50, within a recruitment agency setting to take our teams to the next level
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets, working to detailed P&L and using thorough forecasting abilities
Lead and mentor a large team of recruiters and managers
Operate with high level of selfawareness, lead with a collaborative approach and with empathy at all times to support our team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our key clients and ensure we exceed customer satisfaction
Stay up to date on industry trends and market developments
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliance
