Our team is growing, so we have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts/Customer Service Officer to join our busy team at our North Ryde Office.

This is a full-time role perm position. Working hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.


About the role:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer queries
  • Processing credit card and bank payments
  • Receipting payments, amending, and recording invoices appropriately
  • Updating customer records and information correctly

About you:

  • Experience in administration and customerfacing service role
  • You will enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • Systems savvy and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
