Under the guidance and mentorship of an impressive domain leader, the

Application Support Analyst will work in tandem with customer success, software development and CloudOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, execute software product releases and upgrades, record and track escalated defect tickets, contribute to customer presentations, and build robust professional relationships with a host of internal, client and third-party stakeholders.

The Application Support Analyst will ideally bring to the table:

  • Understanding of various helpdesk solutions e.g. Confluence, Freshdesk, JIRA etc.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server & T-SQL platforms
  • Broad background support Microsoft systems and architecture e.g. Windows, Office 365, Azure
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, a positive progrmatic approach and dogged sense of humour
