About the role


As the Reception Administration Officer you are responsible and accountable for the day to day activities of the office, ensuring that administrative and reception services are provided to residents, visitors and staff.

As the Administration Officer you will be a support person for the Clinical Management team and perform all clerical duties professionally and with a minimum of supervision.


This is the Fixed Term Contract on month to month basis who can work from Mon - Fri 9am to 5PM. We are looking for someone who can join us Immediately at Ashburn Place, Gladesville, NSW.
As a member of the Christadelphian team you will perform in accordance with Christadelphian Aged Care Policies and Procedures. You will operate within a model of a professional and ethical framework.


Key responsibility

:

Demonstrated experience and who can take responsibility of providing excellent front line customer service by below reception duties.

  • Implement a service culture ensuring service commitments are met.
  • Support the delivery of services to residents, families, management and staff.
  • Basic working experience in roster allocations, good experience in effective telephone management calls/queries in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate communication with residents and/or their representatives and staff in relation to office administration requirements.
  • Resident Satisfaction Surveys
  • Resident/Family Feedback Administration You will perform all administration duties in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide timely and effective administrative support as requested by manager.
  • Maintenance of a filing and archive system including document control.
  • Update data bases (e.g. improvement log, staff in service records etc.)

Essential Criteria

:

The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of Christadelphian Aged Care and needs to the meet the following criteria:

  • The ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment.

Minimum 2yrs of exceptional experience in admin duties, and basic experience in roster allocations. working knowledge in Time target system is an advantage.

  • Experience in aged care or hospital environment an advantage for
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to converse with the elderly.
  • Computer literate
  • Police clearance (taken within 12months time) and Right to Work is essential.
