As the Retail Training Manager, Australia, you will collaborate closely with the Regional Senior Training Manager, to identify the training needs of the retail teams within your market.

Grounded in business requirements, you will then craft, implement, and deliver training and learning interventions, aiming to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our retail teams.

Your role involves close partnership with the retail teams to amplify business performance, elevate client satisfaction, and uphold exceptional service quality standards within your region.


Responsibilities:


  • Assess and address training needs for retail teams, implementing interventions for new store openings, product knowledge, CRM, selling skills, and regional workshops.
  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging inperson and virtual training programs on brand knowledge, collections, selling ceremonies, and client experience.
  • Customize and execute new hire induction programs, ensuring impactful onboarding with Store Managers and Training Ambassadors.
  • Conduct posttraining followups, instore observations, role plays, and coaching to uphold high standards of client service and knowledge.
  • Propose, plan, and manage the annual training budget, monitoring expenses, and collaborate with Central on global training initiatives.
  • Lead projects such as retail seminars, recognition programs, and teambuilding activities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 46 years of training experience in luxury retail, with certification as a trainer being advantageous.
  • Proficient in facilitating both product and soft skill training.

  • Passion for developing and motivating teams.
  • Strong business acumen with luxury retail coaching experience.
  • Deep understanding of retail and a client service mindset.
  • Energetic, detailoriented, and selfmotivated.
  • Excellent planning, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms.
