_Tranto Trucks Pty Ltd_ is seeking a Service Administrator to assist the Workshop and General Manager in streamlining the processes and workflow of the business.
Duties
- Communicating with Suppliers & Purchase orders
- Stock Control
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made.
- Use your mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet workshop deadlines
- Be agile and flexible to change.
- Answer inbound calls for the Sales Department promptly
- Prepare repair orders and update customers & details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Coordinate Registrations
- Liaise with the Workshop and other frontline staff
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Factory Manager and General Manager

Salary:
$ $37.72 per hour
