Description

_Tranto Trucks Pty Ltd_ is seeking a Service Administrator to assist the Workshop and General Manager in streamlining the processes and workflow of the business.


Duties

  • Communicating with Suppliers & Purchase orders
  • Stock Control
  • Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity always
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
  • Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made.
  • Use your mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet workshop deadlines
  • Be agile and flexible to change.
  • Answer inbound calls for the Sales Department promptly
  • Prepare repair orders and update customers & details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
  • Coordinate Registrations
  • Liaise with the Workshop and other frontline staff
  • Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
  • Other administrative duties as required by the Factory Manager and General Manager

Salary:
$ $37.72 per hour

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)
  • Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
  • Order entry: 1 year (preferred)
