We are currently looking for Civil Supervisors with experience in bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage and road construction.

PROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF

Bulk and detailed earthworks for resource clients.
Culvert and drainage installation.
Road Construction

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

Manage labor, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works.
Lead shift prestart meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviors.
Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely.
Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce.
Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Experienced mobile plant and equipment operator
Experienced with the use of machine control systems

Appointed Persons

Section 4
Working Rights within Australia.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to interpret and follow design models and engineering drawings.
Able to maintain high safety and housekeeping standards.
Commitment to safe work habits and our core values.
Certificate IV in Frontline Management is advantageous.
