The Role:
This role plays an essential part in the great services our client offers.
The core daily tasks are ensuring the jobs that are completed by production is posted on time by providing production with the correct labels, organising transport and invoicing correctly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and actively manage all transport for stock in and out.
- Administer deliveries documentation, including packing lists, picking slips and invoices.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure time, cost and quality.
- Analyse despatch data and prepare reports.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and greeting clients.
- Great introduction to Despatch and Logistics activities.
Required Skills:
- Experience with organising delivers or willing to learn.
- Proven experience with invoices or willing to learn.
- High attention to detail and strong ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously.
