The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Account Coordinator / Administrator to join our Operations team. Previous experience in a similar role or knowledge of the automotive or fleet sales industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. If you are motivated, have excellent attention to detail and have experience in administration, then we want to hear from you.

The AutoFlip company is rapidly expanding and is looking for an Account Coordinator to join their Head Office based team in
South Yarra, VIC.

Core competencies

Have exceptional communication and organisational skills

Experience with customer contract management and document management

Competent in working in an office environment & working with computer systems including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

Previous experience working with DMS Systems

Experience processing vehicle documents, including sales, purchasing and registrations

About the role

In this role, you will work with the National Account Manager and multiple departments, supporting daily tasks and activities. Full training will be provided and this role offers a great opportunity to develop your career as the business grows.

Your key task will be:

Handling external or internal communications with key stakeholders
:

Updating systems with accurate data regarding vehicle stock and sales
:

-
Preparing invoices, receipts and remittances to customers and following up on payments
:

-
Preparing purchase contracts, purchase orders and ensuring their completeness
:

Processing paperwork and registration documents for vehicle purchases
:

Providing clerical and administrative support to the sales team and account managers across Australia.
