About the Role:


Reporting to the Superintendent Product Quality, you will join an inclusive and high performing team responsible for providing directional guidance to our Supply Chain to manage current and future quality risk.

You will use your analytical, strategic and engagement skills to solve quality issues before they arise and identify and mitigate future risk.

You will also have strong communication and influencing skills to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders.

In this capacity, you will focus on:

  • Prioritising safety first
  • Supporting supply chain processes and systems across sites to meet quality and volume expectations
  • Maintaining and improving quality governance and assurance practices
  • Providing analytical insights and recommendations to improve the business through its planning cycle
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure engagement and knowledge of product quality requirements
  • Delivering improvement projects to improve quality compliance
  • Supporting projects to continuously improve supply chain outcomes and solving complex problems

About You:

In addition to demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, you will have the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution-focused attitude.

Key requirements include:

Skills and experience:


  • A degree qualification in a STEM or related discipline
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with capacity to absorb and summarise technical information
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating and influencing in a medium to large organisation
  • Experience with supply chain or mine planning or quality control processes
  • WA drivers licence or equivalent

Location:

You will be based in Perth, Western Australia, in the multi award winning office tower - 'City Square'.

You will have stunning river views from your modern open plan office, state of the art facilities including quiet rooms, breakout spaces and video conferencing facilities, 550 bicycle racks with ample lockers, showers and change room amenities and a large outdoor terrace with barbecues.

There is an in-house crèche available in the building, and external childcare services within the Brookfield Place precinct.
