Role Title:
Sales and Marketing Manager, Green Energy (Asia Pacific)


Work Location:
Location flexible. Singapore or Australia preferred with frequent travel

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our Asia-Pacific Markets and Strategic Partnership Group.

This senior role will spearhead the execution and negotiations of green energy sales; focusing on green hydrogen associated transportation vector (eg ammonia) across the Asia-Pacific region.


Key accountabilities will include:


  • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies tailored to the unique requirements of each market and customers within the region.
  • Lead negotiations with customers and partners to close deals and convert opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders within the green energy sector.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including projects, finance, shipping to ensure seamless endtoend sales process.
  • Represent the FFI at industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and executives.

Qualifications and skills required:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial, sales and marketing roles with a focus on the energy sector.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and converting sales opportunities within the Asia Pacific region
  • Strong negotiations and contract management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams and adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly driven, able to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
