    Description

    Opportunity for a Service supervisor or highly experience HVAC Service technician to manage a team of 2 – 3 technicians working on high profile HVAC Service sites in the Melbourne metro area.

    You will work for a national HVAC contractor who are going through an exciting period of growth in the Melbourne area with you as a core member of the team.

    Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to bring on board a experience HVAC Service Supervisor. This will be a role where you will be working hands on while mentoring a team of junior staff. It will have the opportunity to progress off the tools as they continue to build the team around you.

    You will be required to

    • Work hands on servicing equipment such as chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRVs
    • Be able to provide technical support to both tradesman and apprentices
    • Assist Service Manager with day to day operations
    • Quoting of service based works
    • Procure material and scheduling of works

    All applicants must have:

    • Arctick license
    • Trade qualifications
    • Driver's license
    • Commercial HVAC experience with extensive diagnostic capabilities
    • Customer service skills
    • Strong ability to organise and prioritise work
