What this opportunity involves:


The Property Services Supervisor is to co-ordinate the day to day operations of a cross section of operational aspects of a new Commercial Office Tower (Melbourne Quarter), overseeing the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures.

Melbourne Quarter Tower is a Prime Commercial Asset located in Docklands with a total NLA of approximately 72,000sqm.
The building management team comprises a General Manager, Finance Manager, Property Services Supervisor and a Customer Relationship Manager.


An overview of the role:

Ensure compliance with statutory authorities and engineering practices for property maintenance.
Obtain necessary certifications and documentation for essential services and fire safety.
Maintain environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.
Coordinate property services and manage contractors.
Conduct periodic inspections to assess repair works and prioritize safety.
Develop and maintain property due diligence program.
Implement and maintain planned preventative maintenance systems.
Procure building materials and manage inventory.
Identify and implement energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives.
Participate in property tender and contract processes.
Manage tenant refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Adhere to the property and corporate WHS program.
Assist in budget preparation and reporting.
Ensure timely gathering and dissemination of information for review and remedial action.
Manage sustainability initiatives and reporting for the property.
Review and manage defect identification and resolution process.
Assist in owner-specific and JLL programs.
Maintain superior tenant satisfaction levels.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
Meet budget and reporting deadlines.
Update management systems as required.


Sound like you? This is what we're looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field are desirable.
Trade Certificate will be favourably considered.
Strong ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Customer service-oriented approach with the ability to manage tenant expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
