About the Role:

We have an exciting role available in an established community pharmacy in Sydney's Inner West.

We are looking for an experienced and confident Retail Manager who can step in to this established business and ensure their continued success.

You will have an excellent knowledge of the pharmacy industry as well as up-to-date product knowledge and the ability to serve cosmetic and beauty products.

You will join a dynamic and friendly team serving this beautiful and affluent Sydney suburb.

You will have proven success as a pharmacy Retail Manager
You will have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, energy and initiative a creative bent would be a bonus
You will have solid retail experience and knowledge and be able to successfully manage and build a team, manage inventory and sees the customer experience as central to his or her efforts.
You will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable disposition, and be able to build rapport with both customers and colleagues.
You are looking for a long term role where they can make a real contribution to customers' health and wellbeing.
You will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

About the Location:

This pharmacy is in a suburb in the Inner West of Sydney, approximately 6 km south-west of the Sydney CBD.

The area is accessible by car, bus, or light rail.

About the Offer:

You will work full time hours, salary commensurate with experience working Mon to Fri 8am to 5pm. Generous package for suitable applicant starting at 60K salary. If you can bring skills and experience that can bring a change then this is for you
