The Role:


We're seeking a Property Rents Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team and help ensure that our financial obligations are met for all company leases.

Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager your duties will include:

  • Maintain, process, and pay monthly Rent and Standard Outgoings.
  • Manage Property Cards, including ownership changes, rental/outgoing adjustments, and vendor changes.
  • Review accuracy of nonstandard rental and outgoings invoices.
  • Research and respond to requests from Landlords/Property Agents.
  • Create or amend Vendor cards in Navision.
  • Liaise with internal departments (Legal and Leasing teams).
  • Process rental deposit payments for new sites.
  • Enter and update lease information in Navision Leasing Module.
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of all leases and lease assignment documents.


To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent financial, verbal, and written communication skills, a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot, research, and achieve a result.

You should also be able to prioritize a high-volume workload, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.


Qualifications for this role include 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, the ability to perform account and statement reconciliations, intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to read and interpret property lease clauses (or other similar contracts).
