About the role


As a Home Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in providing crucial administrative support to the Home Manager and the entire Home.

Dive into a variety of tasks, from staffing coordination to roster administration, overseeing office supplies, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service to key stakeholders.


Your main duties will include:


Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, where you'll be the face of the Calvary Brand in every interaction with both internal and external customers.

Showcase and champion the Home and organization in a positive and professional light, contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Elevate the customer service experience for key stakeholders, leaving a lasting positive impression.
Embrace the role as the welcoming ambassador for the Home, creating a warm and customer-centric environment for all visitors.

About you

Foster positive relationships with stakeholders through a strong focus on relationship-building
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment
Previous experience in an administrative role in a complex environment or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
Proven organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize work effectively both independently and as part of a team
