We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our client's team in Ingleburn. They specialise in plastic recycling products. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated skilled professional looking to contribute to the company's success.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintenance and breakdown on our extrusion lines, granulation and shredder machines
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical engine issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Mechanic Fitter or similar role.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Type:

Salary:
$ $48.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

Mechanical Fitter: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driver Licence (preferred)
  • Forklift Licence (preferred)
