The Environment & Heritage (E&H) Group within DPE brings together a range of functions including national park management, biodiversity and conservation, climate change, sustainability, resilience and adaptation, renewable energy and energy security, and circular economy policy.

The work of the Group is supported by centres of excellence in policy; science, economics; data analytics and insights.

The Grants Branch within Governance, Strategy and Coordination division supports the NSW Environmental Trust (Trust) in the administration and governance of the grant programs and the DPE- funded Coastal Estuary and Floods (CEF) programs.

The Branch is currently seeking to appoint a
System Specialist for our Grants Management System.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a passionate group of people managing projects that have tangible, on-the-ground environmental outcomes.

You'll be joining a dynamic branch committed to collaboration, innovation, and a culture of inclusivity.

You will be a skilled communicator, who can communicate complex technical requirements to a range of audiences, including our vendor and internal teams.

You will have advanced MS Office skills, notably Sharepoint and local intranet maintenance. Experience as a system administrator will also be valuable for this role.

You will be responsible for overseeing internal technical support for the Grants Management system and provide expertise and advice to the vendor and internal stakeholders for new and existing program requirements, system issues and general support queries.
