About The Role:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Liaising with tenants, landlords, and various stakeholders.
Negotiate favourable outcomes effectively.
Accurately process and manage invoices.
Manage arrears efficiently.
Foster and expand client relationships.

Attributes and Skills Required:

2+ years' experience in endtoend property management Property management registration is a mandatory requirement Great interpersonal and communication skills A desire for a stable, longterm position Propety Tree experience is essential
