Enterprise Change Manager

End date:
June 2023 (with possibility for extension)

$715- $939.00 per day plus super

Sydney + Work from Home flexibility (most days WFH)

The Enterprise Change Manager is responsible for developing the change strategy and detailed implementation plans as well as stakeholder engagement, role description development, communications and change management activities.

Responsibilities:

Develop a change management strategy based on situational awareness of the details of the change and impacted groups
Develop change management scope and plans (i.e. communication, coaching and training plans) required for the business transformation in line with the organisational project and change frameworks
Complete change impact assessments on people and processes and present analysis with recommendations to leadership of impacted areas.
Develop programs to promote increased employee adoption and usage, focused on identifying potential points of resistance to change and developing counter strategies.

What are we looking for:

Full working rights in Australia
Proven change/ transformation experience in a highly unionised environment.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex analysis and change impact assessment (CIA's).
Change management specific certification or qualifications

This position is an immediate start and requires checks to clear before they can start on-site.
