Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? We are currently seeking Casual Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leaders & Supervisors to join our team for corporate functions and events.

• Supervise and lead small teams of Bartenders/Waiters during corporate events, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Coordinate with the Client/Event Organiser onsite to understand specific requirements and expectations.
• Mentor Drinkability team members, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Oversee delivery of the service from start to finish, including: bumpin, set up, service, packdown and bumpout.
• Monitor event progress and address any issues that may arise promptly and effectively, including RSA compliance.
• Collaborate/liaise with our food catering partners and their waitstaff to ensure a cohesive F&B service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the function.
• Uphold health and safety standards to create a safe environment for guests and staff.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is essential (2+ years).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the FOH team effectively.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize during fastpaced events.
• A positive and customeroriented attitude to deliver outstanding client/guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
• Proven ability to handle highpressure situations with composure and professionalism.
