About HireRight:

Overview:

The Customer Service Representative role provides service to the background screening customer while practising teamwork and collaboration within the Customer Service team.

The Customer Service Representative works with clients and their applicants to

facilitate accurate and timely resolution to their requests. Individuals in this

be handled professionally and in a timely manner, adhering to company

policies, procedures and SLAs.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Field and resolve issues of low to moderate complexity; escalate more difficult issues.
Provide superior customer service to ensure every contact feels they are important and is able to escalate issues as appropriate.
Understands importance of client guidelines and Service Levels to day to day duties.
Ensure adherence to Guidelines, regulations and processes where applicable rolespecific while exercising judgment and reasoning abilities in order to solve problems.
Directs calls to appropriate team member
Understands the importance of service delivery and contributes to basic updates for processes.
Works with team members to learn, develop and understand best practices.
Readily participates in team discussion, presents challenges from daytoday work and contributes to solving basic problems presented by others.

Office Management

Coordinates the day-to-day functions as follows:

Processing and actioning incoming and outgoing mail and running errands.
Distributing documents as required.
Monitoring and maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies.
General workplace housekeeping.
Welcome visitors into the office and meeting preparation.

General administrative duties and tasks

Qualifications:
Higher School Certificate, Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
