The Company:


The Role:


In response to business expansion, the Engineering Services Manager is a newly created role that will report directly to the CEO.

You will be expected to lead the service team which provides in-house service & repair across the range of products.

You will lead from the front and directly assist a small team of repair technicians technically as well as in balancing workloads to ensure service turnarounds are met.

You will be directly answerable to the CEO for:


  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Achievement of KPI targets.
  • Cost control.
  • Productivity

Key Skills and Requirements:


  • Engineering degree in Electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in an electronics or medical service environment.
  • Currently managing a service operation.
  • Experience dealing directly with senior management and customers.
  • Handson electronics knowledge
  • Background in process improvement
