The Company:

The Role:

In response to business expansion, the Engineering Services Manager is a newly created role that will report directly to the CEO.

You will be expected to lead the service team which provides in-house service & repair across the range of products.

You will lead from the front and directly assist a small team of repair technicians technically as well as in balancing workloads to ensure service turnarounds are met.

You will be directly answerable to the CEO for:

Customer satisfaction.
Achievement of KPI targets.
Cost control.
Productivity

Key Skills and Requirements:

Engineering degree in Electronics or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 10 years experience in an electronics or medical service environment.
Currently managing a service operation.
Experience dealing directly with senior management and customers.
Handson electronics knowledge
Background in process improvement
