We are hiring for a Workshop and Warehouse Manager with good experience in Engineering and Project Management to work out of our Henderson offices with some local travel.

Job scope:

In this new position within FLS, the Workshop and Warehouse will manage, maintain, and coordinate the Henderson warehouse and workshop.

You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are executed on time, on spec, and on cost whilst managing the relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.

How will you help us achieve this:

Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company's operational activities
Bringing the experience of working in a similar role to the organization.
Maintaining the planning and production schedule for the parts element of the business
Pushing the local manufacturing facility to grow and be more self-sufficient
Breaking each order down into smaller projects and delivering effectively and efficiently within the order to satisfy KPIs, SLAs, and safety parameters.
Maintaining project management of project work orders
Mentoring team members on efficiencies and process improvements
Maintain warehouse stock levels.
Maintain planning schedule on facilities maintenance and the day-to-day running of the organization's facilities

What you bring:

A commitment to Safety and fostering an inclusive work environment.
Mining, Heavy Machinery, or Warehouse professional with a strong background in either engineering, planning, plant operations, or services to the mining industry in the fixed plant arena.
A proven track record managing projects involving industrial mining equipment.
Solid project management experience
Good team management and stakeholder management experience
Excellent attention to detail and processdriven
