Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new business for the company, with a proven track record.
- Understanding the Client's Sales objectives to maximize sales.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Managing sales / daytoday client relationships through conference calls and presentations.
- Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
- Maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with important clients
- He/she must have coldcalling experience and should know how to convert leadsinto prospects through cold calling Preparing formats for Quotations, PerformaInvoices, proposals, etc.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders
- Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with management in business development.
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Proven MEDICAL SALES experience.
- The ability to translate complex business concepts into easytounderstand strategies and tasks
- Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients
- Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, or MBA in Marketing is preferred

$104, $175,872.72 per year
