Responsibilities:


  • Acquiring new business for the company, with a proven track record.
  • Understanding the Client's Sales objectives to maximize sales.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Managing sales / daytoday client relationships through conference calls and presentations.
  • Assessing new business opportunities with a strong revenue target in mind
  • Maintaining strong and prosperous working relationships with important clients
  • He/she must have coldcalling experience and should know how to convert leadsinto prospects through cold calling Preparing formats for Quotations, PerformaInvoices, proposals, etc.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior managers, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Identifying, exploring, and evaluating business opportunities, performing risk assessment, and mitigating potential risks.

Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of experience with management in business development.
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven MEDICAL SALES experience.
  • The ability to translate complex business concepts into easytounderstand strategies and tasks
  • Expert networking skills to generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Proven success in winning, delivering, and retaining key clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, pharmacy, or MBA in Marketing is preferred
  • Digital Marketing

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$104, $175,872.72 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
  • Performance bonus
