We are seeking a _Sydney_ based Fund Administration Associate to join our Fund Admin - SYD in Global Technology & Operations.

Team/Group Description

Role Description

We are seeking an Australian, Sydney based Associate to join our Operations team in Fund Administration.

The Fund Administration role necessitates constant emphasis on attention to detail and adherence to deadlines but also requires an ability to ensure prompt and appropriate response to a broad range of enquiries from internal and external clients

Applications and business or enterprise functions the role supports

This role supports the Australian firm's Unit Trusts and ETF's

Key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to


Operational:
- daily NAV Accuracy and Timeliness

  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Mthly & Annual Statistical and Financial reporting
  • Audit and Tax Coordination
  • New Product launches
  • Vendor Management
  • Process Improvement
  • International Operations consulting
  • Timely delivery of reports and related queries
  • Manage own workflow queues to complete all items by internal and external cut off times
  • Implementing and oversight of procedures and agreed service levels to ensure delivery of services are accurate and timely
  • Assist the Department Head with departmental projects to improve the current processes and/or systems
  • Assist with the review of the implemented procedures and agreed service levels to ensure delivery of services in an accurate and timely manner
  • Problem identification and resolution

Collaboration:


Work with colleagues locally and globally to develop methodology and reporting to support new business and products Participation in global internal working groups and functional service level forums.

Attend relevant Industry forums Undertake project work at the direction of the Manager Process improvement recommendations Broadening knowledge of others.
