Key Responsibilities
- reviewing file information, and identifying and requesting further information if required
- conducting an in-depth analysis of file information to determine the sufficiency of evidence to support a recommendation, and

  • Case manage files to ensure appropriate prioritisation and the efficient and timely conduct of matters.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, submissions, and documents as required for internal and external stakeholders in relation to the screening provisions of the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
  • Conduct relevant research and maintain an uptodate and indepth knowledge of the relevant governing legislation.
  • Provide advice to internal stakeholders on legislative, policy, procedural and/or administrative matters in relation to the screening provisions of the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000
  • Provide information to external stakeholders in response to enquiries on a range of legislative and procedural matters relating to the screening provisions of the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000
  • Actively participate in and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures which promote corporate governance and fraud control initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of management policy and assist to manage change within the area, including encouraging and motivating staff to embrace changes with a focus on achieving the objectives of Blue Card Services.
