About the role

As part of the IRM Function, you will play a key in developing and deploying Security solutions on the ServiceNow platform within the fast-growing Enterprise sectors.

ServiceNow is one of the enterprise-class leaders in the IRM/SecOps space and Enable a Fujitsu Company is a market leader and ServiceNow Elite Partner within this space.

You will be self-motivated and passionate about client success, delivering exceptional customer outcomes, and building high-performing cohesive teams across multiple vendors and customer stakeholders.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Participate on project teams that define, design, and develop SecOps solutions such as VR and SIR on the ServiceNow platform based on requirements gathered from clients
  • Configure, code and test solutions for clients under the guidance
  • Prepare technical and design documents as part of the project.
  • Help define and estimate sprints for Agile projects
  • Provide guidance and instruction on showing end users how to use the solution that has been built for them
  • Demonstrate problemsolving skills as part of designing and developing
  • SecOps solutions

About you

  • 5+ years' experience working in software development involving ServiceNow SecOps products
  • 2+ years of implementing projects for external clients
  • Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including SecOps, use cases such as Vulnerability Response (VR) and OR Security Incident Response (SIR).
  • Experience working with teams, tools, and practices in Security Operations
  • Experienced with any or all these skills desired: JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular,
  • Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies, particularly Agile and Waterfall/Agile hybrid
  • Experience with focusing on the user experience and interfacing directly with the business
  • Knowledge of external issues and depth of experience to inform, challenge, and ability define the scope of work.
  • Ability to influence and lead alternative perspectives with successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, verbal communication, and written communication

Nice to have:


  • Experience with industry standards or frameworks such as NIST, SANS, MITRE ATT&CK, etc.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and experience in query languages such as SQL, MySQL, MSSQL, or Oracle
  • Experience working with Web Services technologies such as SOAP and REST is desired

Qualifications:


  • IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science
  • ServiceNow CSA, CIS ITSM + 1 other product CIS
  • ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 2+ Product lines
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • Certified Scrum Master or PMP certification preferred
