APS 4 Service Delivery Officer (Multiple Roles)

Location:
Canberra, ACT

Contract length: 4-5 Month Contracts with an extension option

Hourly Rate:
$45.39 p/h + Super

Our client is currently increasing their collaborations with government and non-government organisations to assist their ability improve the wellbeing of individuals and families in Australian communities.

As part of this collaboration, they have established a funding program to assist organisations to obtain suitable funds for future programs supported by our Federal Government.

As an

APS4

Service Delivery/Transition Officer, you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders of this program.

Your daily priorities will be:

Analysis of information and data that will enable the production of a suite of documents to be provided to eligible service providers
Identify, document and escalate issues and risk
Undertake a range of assurance functions to support the Health Establishment and Assurance team
Contribute to a highperforming team culture that engages effectivity with change
Demonstrate positivity and a solutionfocused way of working to achieve results
Participate in business improvement projects that provide efficiencies with current business processes
The ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as good interpersonal skills, good analytical and problemsolving skills
A willingness to seek support when needed
Welldeveloped communication skills including the ability to adapt communication to the audience
The ability to manage multiple priorities
Relevant skills to be an effective user of Microsoft Office suite products, especially Excel and Word, complex data entry
The capability to conduct data analysis of information used by external stakeholders to collate and produce various Grant documentation, including data entry with excellent attention to detail
