The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Construction Supervisors and Project Managers within the Telecommunications and Infrastructure team.

Whilst your role may vary you will typically be tasked with:

Monitor the construction schedule and report supply chain delays and deviations from the schedule to the team
Manage, review, and develop weekly and monthly progress reports
Proactively forecast and plan in accordance with the program of works, aligning with the clients expectations
Ensure all subcontractors involved with the project are fully compliant and meet internal and external requirements
Identify and resolve problems in conjunction with the field supervisors and managers
Communicate with key stakeholders updating on the progress of the project

About You

Electrical background highly regarded
2+ years experience in the construction or telecommunications industries
Demonstrated knowledge of cost, commercial management, and finance principles
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to forge formidable relationships with key stakeholders
