Reporting directly to the State Manager, and working within a small team, responsibilities of this role include:

Developing relationships with Foodservice end users (new and existing) and some existing wholesale distributors
Taking orders and anchoring Sandhurst Fine Foods products in pantries via the end user's distributor
Sampling and demonstrating products and their versatility to distributor sales teams as well as end users (chefs and catering managers etc)
Providing promotional support
Driving marketing and brand awareness
Reporting Monthly Sales Figures and performance against budget
Representing Sandhurst at National Key Account Conferences, events and award nights
Proven experience in a similar role.
A strong knowledge of the foodservice industry.
Demonstrated negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Commercial acumen
Business related computer skills including Microsoft office.
Hold a current, clean driver's license. Please be aware that this role requires a significant amount of time on the road with some overnight stays required.

At least 2 reliable referees will be required as part of the recruitment process. Agency referrals will not be considered.

Salary:
$70, $75,000.00 per year
