Our client is a global organisation that partners with financial market participants (equities, pension, superannuation, investments, property, etc.) to deliver services and solutions that enhance the user experience and make scaled administration simple.

They are currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic Financial Adviser. The role will be based at their office in Perth CBD with work-from-home flexibility (i.e. 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home). Hours can be flexible, such as; 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, or 10am-6pm.


In this role you will be responsible for delivering strategic, quality advice to their clients through the provision of intrafund and general advice.

This is not a sales focused role, but rather a customer centric role where all leads are sourced, vetted, and booked via their contact centres.

You will be providing advice on specific topics that customers have enquired about, whilst utilising their fully-automated work flow system.


Our client's Retirement & Superannuation Solutions division combines its proprietary technology, process and people to deliver a comprehensive financial data solution to its superannuation clients.

They support clients across all superannuation fund sectors, including government, industry, retail and corporate.


Responsibilities include:

Assist Australians to understand their Superannuation, providing them with simple financial advice over-the-phone, by;

  • Understanding their needs
  • Breaking complex concepts down into something they can understand
  • Gathering the client's circumstances, goals and objectives in an online fact find
  • Providing intra fund advice and retirement advice
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing referral sources

Requirements:

Completed FASEA educational requirements:


  • Registered on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register
  • A passion for financial advice and helping people
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple competing business priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
