What You Will Be Doing
Under supervision you will be supporting clinical staff, assisting with scribing and documentation in ward rounds, ordering tests for COVID-19, perform nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabbing of patients, patient identification checks, working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Undertaking a medical degree at an Australian institution which will result in eligibility for an internship via the PMCV.
This includes currently enrolled medical students as well as those on a "gap year".- Ability to work as part of a team
- Self awareness of limits of knowledge and scope of practice
- Up to date immunization record 3 COVID doses
- Current Police Check
