The Office Manager is responsible for the provision of a business and administrative services to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Anti-Corruption Section (ACS), Ethical and Professional Standards Branch (EPSB).
The role works with a level of autonomy and limited direction whilst undertaking administrative and business services which include, budget / finance monitoring, facilities management, records management, asset management, audits, fleet management, workforce rostering, database administration, information and technology support, provision of a confidential transcription and typing function, travel and accommodation administration and other human resource related activities.
Special Conditions
- Strictest confidentiality must be maintained at all times and the successful applicant will be required to submit a PD254 Statement of Interests and obtain a Secret clearance.
- The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
- The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.
Salary
ASO3 - $65,606 - $69,919 per annum.
