Due to growth, they now require an up and coming Facilities Manager to join their high performing team and take ownership over a small portfolio of health and office properties.

You will be provided with training and development in Facilities Management with the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic and tenant-oriented team.

About the role:

Ensuring compliance is kept uptodate across the site.
Effective management of building services day to day.
Inductions and management of contractors through the site.
Key stakeholder engagement, providing impeccable customer service and relationship building with tenants.
