Optimum Consulting implement the best Microsoft solutions for the Manufacturing, Wholesale and Retail Industries. We help clients by working with them to build agile operating models and to drive business process improvements.

We are currently seeking a pro-active, detailed-oriented and independent Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Commerce/Retail Consultant to join our team.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Take ownership for delivery on the full lifecycle implementations of MS Dynamics 365 Commerce and Retail.
  • Work with business stakeholders and consultants for the successful delivery of the programme.
  • Participate in discovery sessions, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions with the client.
  • Evaluate client business processes, validate businesses practices and processes to incorporate them into D365 FSC.
  • Analyse client requirements and objectives, suggest standard processes, eliminate low valueadd processes, and recommend how best to address the requirements.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to customers by outlining findings and recommendations to guide the implementation of the identified solution.
  • Translate functional business objectives, requirements and critical success factors into functional documents.
  • Configure and showcase Financial Management processes/systems as to how the solution meets client business requirements.
  • Experience in SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live including relevant documentation.
  • Experience in data migration activities and recommended approaches to migration.
  • Work with customer to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes.

The successful applicant will:


  • A bachelor's degree qualification
  • At least 3 years of highly relevant experience in leading and managing MS Dynamics 365 Commerce/Retail projects.
  • A strong understanding of unified commerce business operations, and experience configuring, deploying, maintaining, and using MS Dynamics 365 Commerce (Retail).
  • Experience with D365 Commerce/Retail implementations and support.
  • Experience with rollouts, deployments and upgrades.
  • Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware stations and MPOS.
  • Excellent at client interactions, communication and the ability to set & manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
The position is available in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane


Salary:
$165, $185,000.00 per year
