- Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially report writing
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards

The client is a high performing Engineering Consultancy with great reputation. It has 9 offices situated throughout Australia.
It has a collaborative culture, sharing projects and expertise between offices.
The civil design team works fluidly with the civil design teams in its other offices. Mentoring happens with everybody despite loction and seniority.

About the role:
Due to growth we are seeking both a Senior Civil Design Engineer and a Civil Group Leader who has worked in a similar Engineering Consultancy environment.
The Senior Civil Engineer will contribute to projects in a technical capacity, running projects through a Civil Design team and joining the existing Senior Civil Engineers in leading projects.
The Civil Group Leader position will lean towards a management focused role. Working with the Civil teams throughout its offices, scheduling and tracking projects, submissions, EOI's, tenders etc. 75% of the role will be management and 25% technical, most likely supporting the design teams with the more difficult design issues.
You will work on a range of projects.
