About the roleThe role is primarily administrative with some costumer service dealing with general enquiries.
There is a lot of data entry including managing client bookings and some reception duties.
You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access ambulatory services.
You will have a choice of working on one of the campuses but can be asked to work across campuses if the need arise.
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Medical Terminology (desirable)
Work closely with our rehabilitation teams and will work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals
Process excellent communication skills and have advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
Be a team player
Have the capacity to multi task and prioritise workload
Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy contributing to a high standard of data entry and accuracy
Have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.

Selection Criteria
Essential:
- Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience utilising patient management software and being able to efficiently run reports on program activity (e.g. Harrison, HMS)
- Medical terminology
