Permanent Part Time positions available 45 hours per fortnight)

Community Rehabilitation & Specialist Clinics (SACS) - Angliss Hospital, Peter James Centre, Wantirna Health and Yarra Ranges Health

About the role

The role is primarily administrative with some costumer service dealing with general enquiries.

There is a lot of data entry including managing client bookings and some reception duties.


You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access ambulatory services.

Work is based on teamwork and a collaborative mindset essential


You will have a choice of working on one of the campuses but can be asked to work across campuses if the need arise.

About you


To be successful in this role you will possess:
Medical Terminology (desirable)

Work closely with our rehabilitation teams and will work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals

Process excellent communication skills and have advanced customer service and interpersonal skills

Be a team player

Have the capacity to multi task and prioritise workload

Have an excellent eye for detail and enjoy contributing to a high standard of data entry and accuracy

Have demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.

Selection Criteria


Essential:


  • Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience utilising patient management software and being able to efficiently run reports on program activity (e.g. Harrison, HMS)
  • Medical terminology
