About the roleThe Principal Communication Advisor oversees day-to-day proactive and reactive communication, internal communication, and media and social media activity for West Moreton Health (WMH).
The role also manages complex communication challenges and provides tailored communication solutions.About you
- extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating innovative communication strategies
- the ability to identify and manage emerging issues
- high-level written and oral communication, interpersonal and consultation skills
- strong project planning and organisational skills, with the proven ability to balance competing priorities, function effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
- experience in promoting services and achievements
- leadership skills within a communication service delivery environment
Mandatory Requirements:
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/1
- Vaccinated against COVID19 as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO.12/21and the Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70.
