About the Role
IRT is seeking an experienced
Home Care Advisor to join the Home Care team in Wollongong.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will provide expert advice and guidance to prospective Home Care customers on the best consumer options available.


  • Proactively play the lead role in responding to all new Home Care customer leads and enquiries that come direct or from the Customer Contact Centre team, website, or from the MAC Provider portal or any other stakeholder introducing a new customer enquiry to IRT Home Care
  • Proactively play the lead role reviewing and mining the My Aged Care Provider portal for new CHSP referrals and act on any opportunities quicker than our competitors
  • Educate, advise, nurture and triage any new opportunities identified into our existing Home Care sales process
  • Work closely on a regular basis with the Customer Development Managers and Programs Team to ensure set targets of customers are achieved
  • Ensure high customer service metrics (ie CSAT, NPS or other) are achieved
  • Ensure high quality customer data is collected, analysed and managed to drive efficiency in others roles and richness of customer data insights and analytics
  • Support the Marketing team on creating and continuously improving the Home Care digital interactions with customers
  • Be alert to cross selling opportunities with prospective consumers to introduce other segments of IRT Group (ie Retirement Villages or Aged Care Centres)
  • Achieve agreed KPIs
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of sector information and IRT current and future products, including pricing and fee structures
  • Foster and maintain collaborative and positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
